Event Description
In the Fifth and Final Week we will do a full body routine, one previous week is required.
Seniors have common conditions that may require a gentler massage and specialized techniques. Learn basic massage to increase circulation, flexibility, mobility, decrease stiffness and inflammation, and more... You and your partner (family or friend) will learn to exchange massages, improve communication and have fun! Come, relax and enjoy!! Cost is $25 per week or $95 for 5 weeks
