Law
Law is a system of rules, usually enforced through a set of institutions. It shapes politics, economics and society in numerous ways. Contract law regulates everything from buying a bus ticket to trading options on a derivatives market. Property law defines rights and obligations related to transfer and title of personal and real property, for instance, in mortgaging or renting a home.
Trust law applies to assets held for investment and financial security, such as pension funds.
Tort law allows claims for compensation when someone or their property is injured or harmed. If the harm is criminalized in a penal code, criminal law offers means by which the state prosecutes and punishes the perpetrator.

Constitutional law provides a framework for creating laws, protecting people's human rights, and electing political representatives.
Administrative law relates to the activities of administrative agencies of government. International law regulates affairs between sovereign nation-states in everything from trade to the environment to military action. Law manifests itself throughout the community in many more ways, and serves as the foremost social mediator of relations between people. "The rule of law", wrote the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle in 350 BC, "is better than the rule of any individual."
Legal systems around the world elaborate legal rights and responsibilities in different ways. A basic distinction is made between civil law jurisdictions and systems using common law. Some countries persist in basing their law on religious texts. Scholars investigate the nature of law through many perspectives, including legal history and philosophy, or social sciences such as economics and sociology.
The study of law raises important questions about equality, fairness and justice, which are not always simple. The central institutions for interpreting and creating law are the three main branches of government, namely an impartial judiciary, a democratic legislature and an accountable executive. To implement and enforce the law and provide services to the public, a government's bureaucracy, the military and police are vital. While all these organs of the state are creatures created and bound by law, an independent legal profession and a vibrant civil society inform and support their progress.

Governance
Governance relates to decisions that define expectations, grant power, or verify performance. It consists either of a separate process or of a specific part of management or leadership processes. Sometimes people set up a government to administer these processes and systems.
In the case of a business or of a non-profit organization, governance relates to consistent management, cohesive policies, processes and decision-rights for a given area of responsibility. For example, managing at a corporate level might involve evolving policies on privacy, on internal investment, and on the use of data.

Mission Statement:
Simply a GOVERNMENT of the people for the people, sovereign and free global republics awakened and intelligent, respectful of each other. Simply an agency of power on behalf of We the People not the usurpation of power by fearful, greedy men and women.
No majority rule. Minority rule of the self over self not over others. Respect and apply the golden rule. If you are not governing yourself, then you are being governed. The only function for government is to protect the life, liberty and property of it's people.
The choice is between private international law imposed over the constitutional foundations of nations via treaties and conventions, and an emerging body of public international law and cooperative agreements that does not abrogate individual rights or national sovereignty.
World government would be a better idea if it rested upon protecting the sovereignty of nations and the rights of self-determination instead of abolishing it. Diversity of nations and cultures is in alignment with natural law.
Create a GLOBAL POWER in alignment with individual self-reliance and the local control of our destinies, a planetary communications network of nations working together, sovereign and free with the full rights of self-determination for all races, cultures and ways of being. This is the foundation and the future of a true and sustainable world government.
Building a world beyond war, materialism, famine, disease and want, a world of plenty working for everyone. If we're heading towards an international, new world order, let it be founded on the principles of individual and national sovereignty, not the centralization of power in the hands of the unelected global elite.
Let it be founded on consciousness, compassion and the emergence of an enlightened planetary civilization.
