Hello, Friends!

Four Seasons in Four Weeks

a "his and her" guidebook series to the new female experience

sexy ~ healthy ~ intelligent

A soon-to-be-published book series about the natural monthly rhythm of women, for women and men. I break down the approx. 28 days of the female cycle into 4 guided weeks that I call and associate with fall, winter, spring, and summer, to reveal the logical hormonal sequence that is easy for anyone to understand.
The tools I've developed help a woman get behind the holistic process of what her body goes through day in and day out, for approximately 40 years of her life. She'll feel supported in making personalized decisions that will help smooth out and enhance her life experience throughout the entire month, feeling better, looking great, and enjoying sex and sensuality on her terms.

When men learn the "Four Seasons in Four Weeks" it takes the mystery and the guess work out when initiating sex and other forms of communication, which can only create a happier connection for both.

Four Seasons in Four Weeks will be launched shortly, with 3 eBooks available first: one each for women, men, and girls. Target publication of book series is early 2010.

My You Tube Channel is political and musical at the moment. Because family members of mine were instrumental in preventing their homes and surrounding businesses from burning in the north Big Sur Valley last year, in spite of the non-existent help from the powers-that-be, I created a Big Sur Fire 2008 Commentary Series in order to document the treatment of the Big Sur community and the poor handling of the situation.

I tell a first hand account of blow-by-blow information given to me over the phone throughout the 4-days that this area was threatened, including the controversial back-burn that resulted in the arrest of one of our friends (who saved the hilltop, numerous homes, and the elementary school). Interviews following the event are also documented.

It's not all serious though, I also provide some good music.

Profile Information

Do you live in Ashland or the southern Oregon area? If yes, then what are you seeking?
Yes
What brought you Southern Oregon and Ashland area?
After living in beautiful Big Sur for 8 years, we decided that it was time for our young family to buy a home. We discovered Ashland through a book that described places in the western U.S. to live. Ashland seemed ideal. We visited and decided right then and there. That was 21 years and many changes ago. Ashland has been very, very good to me.
What products, services, information or resources would you like to share, offer, give, sell, or exchange locally or regionally?
I am writing a book, soon to be published, on the natural monthly rhthym of women, called "Four Seasons in Four Weeks". I break down the approx. 28 days of the female cycle into 4 guided weeks, which I call fall, winter, spring, and summer. Please see above. It's my guy friends that encouraged me to write this book.
I am being mentored by a group of best sellers authors to make this thing fly. I More soon.
Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop locally or regionally, if any?
I would like to be involved in symposiums or events benefiting women, couples, or men.
What are your favorite books, films or music that you'd like to share with others?
1) My new favorite book is "Five Smooth Stones" by Janis Hunt Johnson, a local So. Oregon author. LOVE THIS BOOK!!
2) The book I've given away more copies of is "Pain Free" by Pete Egoscue, a physiologist in San Diego. This book is for anyone with any joint or muscle pain - knees, back, wrists, shoulders - whatever. It has helped my migraines tremendously.
3) I would also like to acknowledge the sweet, sweet community of local Southern Oregon musicians, who are not only talented and fun to dance to, but warm and wonderfully kind human beings. Support the gigs!

Hot Flashes: Young girls get them too

One particularly warm evening in June, I observed my 12-year-old daughter having, shall I say, a cranky moment? No, it had been a cranky day – maybe two. Not that she wasn’t the cranky sort, or didn’t have it in her to be cranky, but her “spells” generally did not last long. She had always been a child with “bounce back” ability, meaning that if she got mad or upset at something or someone, it didn’t last very long. I always admired her greatly for this (actually marveled at this) as it was some… Continue

The Aquarian Alignment

The Aquarian Alignment

Forty years ago, the words of a song called Aquarius, brought the dawning of the new age into our collective awareness:

“When the Moon is in the seventh house, and Jupiter aligns with Mars.
Then peace will guide the planets, and love will steer the stars.
This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius”

At dawn on 14th February 2009, the day dedicated to St Valentine, the patron saint of Love, the Moon in Libra enters the seventh house of relationships. And Jupiter an… Continue

Thanks for your reply Suzanne, I know between modern that are quite activie, it takes alittle effort te respond. People like me, that isolates, do appreicate that. This man lives a meager lifestyle, with limited income. So to answer your question, why no picture? I don't have a digital camera, to do so.
Also I been told, that I can be quite vague, with aviodant personality disorder and major depression. So this post is reaching out to disclose alittle about myself. Please let me know when your book is out. Your topic premises on women, sparks curiousity in me. Ronald

McQueen, that's a nice Scotish name. I'm celtic descent. The 4 seasons, that sounds like the 4 elements. The book to be, apppears to be both provocative and inspriational, to the understanding of women. Good for you. Would your book be helpful to a straight, shy and passive-aggressive type man, that does not have much of a love life? Ronald
I hope I didn't disclose too much.

Hi Suzanne

Thanks for your feedback & interest. I understand being overwhelmed.....I tend to keep overly busy.....even though I love to think, contemplate, meditate & the like, I'm generally not good at just sitting around! My best meditation is in movement, e.g. dance.
Regarding vertigo......it kinda depends on what caused it. I understand that vertigo can be caused by things like inner ear infections, blood pressure situations, brain scenarios. In those cases, there may be a need to go to a good MD, esp. for an infection. Also, vertigo can be caused by dehydration.

What I've noticed people are experiencing....don't know if this is you.....is a general spaciness coupled with tireness & light-headedness....among other symptoms. In this case, there are things that I can work on. As an energy medicine practitioner, I do not treat symptoms or diagnose. What I work on is clearing imprints that are like software code that reside in the energy body. These imprints inform the physical body in such a way that disease & behavioral patterns can manifest. I then work to re-inform the physical body with by installing new code in the energy body......to manifest wellness & desired behaviors in all arenas. Since everything is energy, energy workers reconfigure the energy in a person's energy body. Another way to put it is that the work involves clearing out the heavy energies and installing the light energies. You can get rid of symptoms & still carry an imprint for a certain disease in your energy field.....that's why some people get re-occuring diseases & sicknesses.

I'm not sure how chinese medicine or acupuncture would work with vertigo. I know acupuncture also works to shift energies. I usually try to work with alternative medicine practitioners to avoid drugs or surgery.....but sometime it takes drugs to kick an infection.

The other thing I'm finding a lot of lately is that people are needing more & more cleanses to keep the toxins from accumulating in their bodies. I recommend specific kidney, parasite, liver, and intestinal track programs to my clients....and.....I try to do these myself at least once per year. Toxins backed up in the body, esp. in the intestinal track & related toxin clearing organs, can cause lots of different sicknesses.

Don't know if any of this addresses what's going on with you. What were & are your specific symptoms? Also, I do know a couple of good MD's in this area I also know a really good chinese medicine/acupuncture practitioner if you decide to go that route. AND, I look forward to working with you & your energy body when the time is right.

Suzanne, your book cover is fabulous. And so was your presentation to our Women as Healers gathering last week. Amazing how a 15 minute presentation turned into half the evening. Your work and insight provides a powerful exploration for women. Thank you for all that you have brought into awareness.

Love and blessings on our continued work! Susan

Hi Suzanne.
Hey, are you self-publishing? I'd love to learn more about that. I have a manuscript--Completely Different from yours, mine's a rewrite of a 1912 science-fantasy post-apocalyptic love story called The Night Land. But maybe the self-publishing route is similar.

Hi Again Ms Suz, :-)

I am not doing a regular RVTV show, just the recent awards hosting, and piano music program that I edited. However, I do know a couple producers who are doing regular shows. Let's talk so I understand more what you are thinking of. Also, I am not streaming to a web site. Your thoughts on that?

When can you talk?

Later,

David

Food - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Food is any substance, usually composed of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and water, that can be eaten or drunk by an animal, including humans, for nutrition or pleasure. Items considered food may be sourced from plants, animals or other categories such as fungus or fermented products like alcohol. Although many human cultures sought food items through hunting and gathering, today most cultures use farming, ranching, and fishing, with hunting, foraging and other methods of a local nature included but playing a minor role.

Understand Consciousness, Part II: Foods | NaturalNews

As talked about in "Understanding Consciousness" part 1, a large part of our consciousness comes from our thoughts and thought patterns. But a large part of our consciousness also comes from what we put inside our bodies. The foods we eat literally affect our consciousness and probably more than most realize.
